March 11th:



Our 3rd day of clinical. Mr. Stinky eating breakfast with friends prior to experiencing our last adventure at Los Pilares.





On the 3rd clinical day I was assigned to work at the intake station. Once, that was done I decided to continue to help and went to work again at the Dental station. I can honestly day that I greatly enjoyed working with the dentist and will treasure this experience for ever!


  

I am so greatful for the opportunity to meet and work with all the people from this community! Especially, the enormous impact that was felt by being able to provide basic needed care for this community! :)

  March 12th: Back to La Toza we went for our final clinical day! This was such an impactful and genuine unforgetable experience!  Here, I had to opportunity to experience working with the doctor. She did consultations on all her patients, while I was able to re-check blood pressures, give and instruct how to take de-wormers and just assisted with anything needed from the provider or patient.   Final Day:            Today, was our final day in Panama. We started with breakfast then headed to Panama City, prior to being dropped off at the airport. While Exploring Panama City we had a great adventure!       We had the opportunity to experience Panama Culture! Although, it was a minimal experience we had an amazing time and of course took tooo many pictures! LOL!!! I will never forget this grand experience and will value all the people and educational tools I experienced!         This experience was emotional, adventurous, eye opening, and allowed for great connections with new people from the school and of course the Panamanian community members!!!       I will forever value and keep close to my heart the genuine connections I made with the community people.   March 9th:        Our First day out in the community. Today was Survey Day! This was a long and eventful day! We started off with eating our first Panamanian Breakfast, traveled to our first community, returned to our resort and started on making "baggies" for the community people for our clinical days!      After a goods nights rest, my cabin and I are super excited to get the day started and see what the day will bring!
